Purchase terms
DRAFT — Provisional text pending review by the law firm. This is not the final version and must not be published in production without the law firm's validation.
Version 2026-10-01
1. Who sells to you
- The seller of the content is unblurz S.L. (registration details on the Contact page, unblurz.me/contact), "unblurz".
- You buy from unblurz, not from the creator. unblurz has obtained a licence from the creator to sell their content in its own name. That is why unblurz charges you, issues your invoice and handles your questions, complaints and refunds.
- You do not need to create an account to buy: an email address is enough.
2. What you buy
- You buy a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to view and, where the page says so, download the digital content of the link.
- You may not resell, share publicly, redistribute or commercially exploit the content. Files may carry a watermark identifying the purchase, to deter unauthorised distribution.
- The intellectual property rights in the content remain with its author.
3. Information before you buy
Before you pay, the link page shows you:
- the identity of the seller (unblurz S.L.);
- the final price, with your country's VAT and the service fee included, from the very first moment, with the breakdown available; no charges are added later;
- the description of the content written by the creator;
- the number and type of files (for example, photos, videos, PDFs or audio);
- the link to these terms, to the Privacy policy and to the waiver of the right of withdrawal.
4. Payment
- You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum or card, depending on the methods available at any given time. The amount shown in the payment sheet is always the final total.
- Card payments are always authenticated with 3-D Secure (verification by your bank).
- Payments are processed by authorised payment institutions; unblurz does not see or store your full card details.
- The purchase is completed when the payment gateway confirms the payment.
5. Delivery and access
- Delivery is immediate: once the payment is confirmed, you access the content on the unlock page.
- We send you an access email with the link to your purchase, the confirmation of your consent to immediate delivery and your invoice. That email is the durable medium of your purchase: keep it.
- Access is permanent for as long as the service exists, except in the case of a refund, a payment dispute or removal of the content because it is illegal (section 8).
- For security, files are served through temporary links. We may limit abnormal use of access (for example, an excessive number of downloads or access from many different places).
6. Right of withdrawal
- As a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. However, for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, that right is lost when delivery begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it (Article 103.m of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, TRLGDCU).
- That is why, before you pay, we ask you to tick the box of the Waiver of the right of withdrawal. The box is not pre-ticked and you cannot pay without it.
- The waiver does not affect your rights if the content does not match its description or is not delivered to you (section 9).
7. Invoices
- With each purchase we issue a simplified invoice (receipt), which you can download from the access email and from your purchase page.
- If you need a full invoice with your tax details, you can request it through the Contact page.
8. Content removed because it is illegal
If content you have bought is blocked because it is illegal, we revoke access and refund the amount you paid to the same payment method, issuing the corresponding corrective invoice. If the content is removed for any other reason, you keep access to what you bought.
9. Problems with your purchase and refunds
- If you cannot access the content, it does not match the description or you have any other problem, write to us through the Contact page giving your purchase email.
- We will answer as soon as possible and, if the content is not in conformity, we will fix it or refund you, in accordance with consumer law.
- Before opening a dispute with your bank, please contact us: it is usually faster.
10. Recover your purchases
If you lose the access email, you can use the "Recuperar mis compras" (recover my purchases) option on the website: we will send a link to the email address you bought with so you can access all your purchases again.
11. Reporting content
If you think content is illegal or breaches our rules, you can report it from the link page or the unlock page with the "Report" button, without an account.
12. Proper use
You may not use the service for fraudulent purposes, for example paying with third parties' payment methods without authorisation or opening disputes without reason. In those cases we may revoke access.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
- You can file complaints through the Contact page. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are also available to you. [PENDING LAWYER: how to make official complaint forms available for an online service.]
- [PENDING LAWYER: mention of the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, taking its closure into account, and of whether unblurz adheres to a consumer arbitration system or alternative dispute resolution entity.]
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence.
